For Qbus and KNX automation systems, we developed Smart Sumum switches which contain an integrated interface to Qbus and KNX .
These Smart Sumum switches combine a sophisticated design with seamless integration into modern smart home systems. The built-in digital intelligence features integrated LED feedback that can create a subtle glow on top of the button, providing clear visual indicators of the switch's status. You choose which buttons need LED-feedback, the intensity and the colour of the LED-feedback, or even at what time of the day you want LED-feedback (e.g. not in the bedroom at night to avoid light pollution).
Additionally, these Smart switches can be optionally equipped with temperature (Qbus and KNX), humidity (KNX) and motion/light (Qbus) sensors allowing for enhanced environmental monitoring and control. This combination of sleek design and advanced functionality makes the Sumum switch a versatile and elegant choice for any smart home setup.
The presence of an integrated interface also facilitates the installation work and prevents connection mistakes that could be made during the installation of external interfaces between the switch and the Qbus or KNX systems.

Electrical installations in homes and buildings can be based on different technologies:
Classical (230V) electrical installations
In these installations, the Sumum Needle can be used.
Pushbutton electrical installations
For pusbutton installations, the full Sumum range is suitable.
Smart electrical installations
In smart homes and buildings equipped with home and building automation systems, the regular Sumum switches can be connected to any home & building automation system using an external interface specific to the selected system.
